In today's fast-paced digital world, there is a growing demand for accessible, personalized fitness and wellness content. Recognizing this need, MoveMentors aims to revolutionize the way personal trainers, yoga mentors, and fitness studios connect with clients globally by providing a robust platform for sharing and monetizing their expert content

The core challenge involved creating a sophisticated digital platform designed to serve as the central hub for fitness mentors from across the globe. This platform would empower these professionals to upload, manage, and monetize a diverse range of content that includes video training sessions, structured training plans, live broadcasts, and personalized online training sessions.

To improve navigation and search on the platform, i organized diverse content into distinct tabs for video training, live broadcasts, and other resources. I introduced a detailed filtering system allowing users to search by instructor type, price, language, and equipment. Additionally, live streams are categorized as "upcoming" and "live," enabling users to easily find and engage with sessions in real time.

To enhance user engagement and foster stronger connections between users and their preferred fitness mentors, i introduced a comprehensive mentor profile feature. Each mentor can populate their profile with detailed information about their expertise, achievements, certifications, and social media links.

  I integrated a "follow" function, allowing users to stay updated with their favorite mentors. Additionally, I implemented a booking option for one-on-one sessions to personalize the training experience. To further enrich user interaction, I introduced a subscription model, enabling users to subscribe monthly or annually.

To enhance the mentor experience on our platform, considerable effort was focused on optimizing the navigation and management of materials from the mentor's perspective. I designed a sidebar for intuitive product navigation, structured as follows:

Simplify Creation and Visibility in One Click

Regarding content creation and management, I am focused on usability within the "Content" tab. Here, video materials are displayed in a table format that highlights key metrics for quick review. Mentors can easily adjust the visibility of videos, plans, or live broadcasts directly from this table. To encourage continual content creation, i prominently positioned the "Create" button at the top of the page. This design ensures it remains in the mentor's field of vision as they navigate the platform, simplifying the process of adding new content and enhancing overall productivity.
